Paid traffic should end in registrations
You are already paying for portal listings, ads and agents to send buyers to the development. We build sites that turn those visitors into registrations and viewing requests.

Your campaigns pay for visitors the page never converts
The spend lands on a losing page
Portal listings and ads bring buyers to a page that gives them nowhere to register.
Buyers can't picture living there
Renders and floorplans are hard to find, so visitors leave without registering.
Agents won't send the link
The people selling your units overseas have nothing they're proud to forward.
Who we build sites for
Developers and residence brands across Asia whose buyers decide from a screen, often from another country.

- Agents and sales teams send the site confidently
- Construction updates keep buyers informed after sale
- Completed projects prove track record and handover

What a website built for registrations does
Six improvements that turn your campaign spend into qualified registrations and viewings.
Conversion-focused UX
Fast load speeds
Search and AI visibility
Analytics
A CMS the team runs
Security and scale
Experts in every discipline, working as your firm's digital department
Built for English-speaking buyers
Your buyers evaluate software in English. We write for them, so the product never reads translated.

AI-native, not AI-dependent
We use AI to research competitors, reviews and buyer questions fast. Experts direct it and sign off every line, so nothing generic ships.

Web design that wins business
Every page moves visitors towards a demo or a trial, with the proof buyers need to justify it.

The whole team, none of the overhead
Your product gets the whole team, from strategist to QA, with nobody to recruit, onboard or manage.

You look sharper than your competitors
Design and polish that stand up against funded competitors, so buyers compare you favourably.

"Superpresence rebuilt our site around what founders and partners actually need from us. It finally looks like the organisation we've become, and the team made the whole process easy."

What developers ask us
Do you build websites for property developers in Thailand, Hong Kong and Singapore?
Yes. Superpresence builds websites for condo and villa developers, branded and resort residences, and boutique developers across Asia, particularly projects sold to overseas and expat buyers who decide from a screen. These sites need specific things: units and floorplans buyers can compare, an honest location story, construction progress, and a registration path that turns ad and portal traffic into viewings. Expert native-English copywriters write it. Overseas buyers now ask AI tools things like which new condos near a BTS line suit foreign ownership, then check the developer's site. Development pages with clear structure, schema and complete facts give those tools an accurate picture of your launch to work from.
Our agents bring the buyers. Why does the site matter?
Because agents send buyers to it, and buyers check it before they commit. An overseas buyer who receives a PDF still searches the developer's name, and a site that shows track record, explains tenure terms and looks credible does part of the agent's job. Agents also need something they're proud to forward. A strong developer site makes their pitch easier.
We already have a brochure and renders. Isn't that enough?
They're essential, and the site makes them work harder. A brochure sits in an inbox; a site lets a buyer compare floorplans, check availability, see the location and register interest in one visit, from any country, on a phone. Your existing renders, floorplans and specifications go straight in. Rendering and photography aren't in our scope, so your visualisation studio's work stays the source.
Compliance will strip half the copy. What happens then?
We plan for it from the first draft. We work to your compliance review and don't advise on property advertising rules: your legal team or sales compliance adviser sets what can be said about pricing, sizes, completion dates and returns, and review is built into every round. Copy written to those limits from the start survives review far better than copy cut back at the end. Specific facts (layouts, finishes, distances, construction milestones) usually pass; superlatives rarely do.
What does a development website cost?
It depends on how many developments the site carries and what each needs: unit catalogues with live availability, registration forms routed to your sales CRM, construction updates, and language versions (we build them; translation comes from your side). Tell us about the launch on a call and you'll have a fixed price in a proposal within a week. Projects start from US$4,800 for a smaller marketing site. Because developers already pay for portal listings and ads, most clients see the site pay back within the first year, as more of that paid traffic registers and books viewings.
We just need a quick landing page for this month's campaign. Can you do that?
We're probably the wrong hire for that. A one-off lead-capture page for a short campaign is better handled by your ad agency or a landing-page tool, live within days and priced to match. Superpresence is for developers who want a site that sells across launches: track record, completed projects, construction updates, and a registration path that keeps working after the campaign ends.
What happens after launch?
The site keeps selling through construction. Your sales team updates availability, progress photos and news in the CMS without a developer, which matters most to overseas buyers who can't visit and to buyers waiting on handover. For new launches, extra landing pages or a campaign push, developers usually move to a maintenance plan, with each request scoped and approved first.
How long does it take?
Six to 12 weeks, so start about three months before the launch date or the sales gallery opening. The site should be live and tested before the ads and portal listings go out, because launch traffic won't wait for it. Tell us the launch date on a 30-minute discovery call and you'll have a fixed scope, price and timeline within a week.
