Signs your website is losing customers

Your website is losing customers you never meet

( 01 )

The site looks fine, nothing comes in

It reads like everyone else's, so buyers have no reason to pick you.

( 02 )

Visitors can't tell what you do

They leave before they understand your offer, let alone your advantage.

( 03 )

You hesitate before sending the link

The site makes you and your team reluctant to let a prospect see it.

Six tests every site we design passes

Sites we design

The kinds of sites we design

Landing pages

One page with one job, for a launch, an offer or a campaign.

Company websites

The main site that explains who you are and wins the enquiry.

Product and SaaS sites

Features, use cases and plans laid out so buyers can compare.

Event websites

Agenda, speakers and registration for conferences, summits and launches.

Multi-language sites

One site that works for several markets, languages and regions.

Microsites and campaign sites

A focused site for one product, initiative or announcement.

Where you're starting

A new site, or a redesign

Either way, the work starts with the argument your site needs to make, not with how it looks.

A new site

You're launching, or you've outgrown a template that no longer matches the business.

Strategy and positioning from a blank page
Structure planned around how your buyers decide

A redesign

You have a site and some traffic, but it undersells the company behind it.

Keep what works, rebuild the argument
A design that finally matches the quality of your work

Messaging & copy

Expert copywriters write every page around how your buyers decide, so the words do the selling.

Structure & wireframes

Every page is planned as a wireframe first. Some studios skip this to move faster. We don't, because this is where the order of the argument gets decided.

Access to your experts
An hour with the people who know your buyers and your product best.
Your existing assets
Logo, brand files, photos and any proof you already have.
Feedback on time
The schedule holds when feedback and sign-offs arrive when agreed.
What we bring
Strategy and research
Buyer and competitor research, and the plan for every page.
Copy for every page
Written in English by expert copywriters, around how your buyers decide.
Wireframes, then design
Structure agreed first, then a fully custom design on top of it.
Three feedback rounds
Included, with sign-off at the end of every phase.
A signed-off Figma file

Why Superpresence

Why companies choose us to design their website

Map of Asia-Pacific with pins at Hong Kong, Thailand, Singapore and Australia

Built in Asia, written for buyers abroad

We operate in your timezone, understand Asian businesses, and craft content that resonates with English-speaking buyers—never sounding translated.
Page outline asking what you do, who it is for and why you, with a strategy lead comment

Strategy before pixels

We don't start designing until what you do, who it is for and why you are clear. Design amplifies clarity; it can't create it.
First draft refined by a senior copywriter into the headline 'Leave your bags with us and go out. We will text you when the room is ready.'

Copy written by people, in English

Expert copywriters write every page. Not translated, not generated, and built around how your buyers decide.
Team roles listed as strategy, design, copywriter, developer, and conversion and QA

The whole senior team, one roof

Strategy, design, copy, development, conversion and QA in one accountable team, with nobody for you to hire or manage.
Enquiries from this page at 4.8%, up from 1.9%, with page speed 98/100 and valid schema

Built to convert, engineered for search

Conversion structure on the surface; clean structure, schema and speed underneath, so search and AI tools read you correctly.
Bar chart positioning the offer against a sprint model and retainer hours, with 9 buyers interviewed

Depth over volume

Every project gets senior attention for as long as the problem takes, not a slot sized to a subscription.

Is this a fit?

Who we design for,
and who we point elsewhere

Honest both ways, so nobody wastes a call.

A good fit if you

  • Sell to English-speaking buyers, abroad or at home
  • Sell something where the decision is big and considered
  • Want the site to win enquiries, not only look good
  • Will put time into who you are for and why you
  • Believe in what you sell

Probably not a fit if

  • The lowest price or fastest turnaround decides
  • The brief is to make it look nice and nothing more
  • You want to skip straight to visuals
  • You want AI-generated pages shipped as the final site
  • You sell low-priced products better served by a marketplace

Web design services FAQs

The things you're probably weighing

What should we look for in a web design agency in Hong Kong, Singapore or Thailand?

Look for an agency that settles your positioning and writes the copy before it designs anything, writes in native English, and builds what it designs.

Those three decide whether a site wins enquiries from English-speaking buyers, and they're where most web projects in Asia fall short: strong visuals, weak messaging and proof. Then check the basics: senior people doing the work, a fixed price and scope in writing, QA across devices before launch, and a site your team can update without a developer.

Superpresence is a web design agency based in Hong Kong, Singapore and Bangkok, working with companies across Asia Pacific, that does all of this in one team, which has collectively launched 48+ websites.

We redesigned before and nothing changed. Why would this be different?

Most redesigns change the look and leave the message as it was, so buyers still can't tell what you do or why to pick you.

We start where that earlier project didn't: research into your buyers and competitors, a strategy doc, and copy you approve before any design begins. GA4 and heatmaps are set up at launch, so you can see what changed in your own numbers.

Does AI search change what a website needs?

Yes: the site now has to be readable by AI tools as well as persuasive to people, and both come from the same structure.

When a buyer asks ChatGPT or Google's AI Overviews which agency, supplier or firm to use, those tools draw on sites with a clear page hierarchy, semantic HTML, schema, fast load times and pages that answer the questions buyers ask. Superpresence plans that structure in the wireframe phase, before design. We use AI heavily for research and iteration, and the copy and design that ship are made by people.

Will you understand our business?

Understanding it is the first phase of the project, before anyone opens a design tool.

Superpresence works across industries on purpose, from SaaS and professional services to hotels, schools and manufacturers. You bring the expertise in an hour or so with the people who know your buyers best, and our copywriters turn it into pages a buyer understands at first read.

Do you only design, or build the site too?

Both, with the same team, so nothing gets lost between the design file and the live site.

The platform follows the job. Webflow when your team will edit the site itself, a custom build (Astro or Next.js) for bookings, enrolment flows or several countries, and sometimes Framer. The price is the same whichever fits.

How much do web design services cost?

It depends on the site: the number of pages, the functionality (a CRM connection, bookings, a second language), and how much research and copy your positioning needs. Book a call and you'll get a fixed price, covering design, copy, build and QA, in a proposal within a week.

Projects start from US$4,800 for a smaller marketing site. Once live, a Webflow CMS site costs roughly US$25-40 a month in platform and domain fees, paid by you directly (as of June 2026).

For companies running ads, the build usually pays back within the first year: clients running ads see on average a 20% lift in enquiries, from the same spend.

We need a site fast and on a tight budget. Are you the right agency?

Probably not, and it's better to know before a call.

Our design process is built for considered decisions: research, copy, wireframes and custom design, each signed off before the next. If speed or price is what matters most right now, a good freelancer or a well-chosen template will serve you better. If the site later needs to win business against serious competitors, we'd be glad to talk then.

How long does a website design project take?

Design and build together take 8 to 12 weeks, depending on how many pages and integrations the site needs. A small fixed site takes 3 to 4 weeks.

Book a call and the proposal you receive within a week will set out the schedule for your site, phase by phase.
