Your school online, before families ever visit
Parents and students judge your institution on its website months before they enquire. We build sites that win that decision, and turn it into applications and open day bookings.

Your school is better than your website is telling families
Enquiries are down on last year
The admissions cycle opened, and the numbers have not caught up with the year before.
Families email the same questions
Fees, curriculum and entry requirements are on the site somewhere, but parents cannot find them.
A competitor looks sharper online
Their site comes up first, and yours looks like it was built by a committee that stopped meeting.
For schools, universities and academies in Asia
Every institution here sells the same thing: a big family decision, made online first. Whoever they are, their families run the same checks on the website before anyone gets in touch.

What a website built for enrolment does
Six improvements that help families and learners choose your institution, and enquire.
Conversion-focused UX
Fast load speeds
Search and AI visibility
Analytics
A CMS the team runs
Security and scale
Experts in every discipline, working as your firm's digital department
Built for English-speaking buyers
Your buyers evaluate software in English. We write for them, so the product never reads translated.

AI-native, not AI-dependent
We use AI to research competitors, reviews and buyer questions fast. Experts direct it and sign off every line, so nothing generic ships.

Web design that wins business
Every page moves visitors towards a demo or a trial, with the proof buyers need to justify it.

The whole team, none of the overhead
Your product gets the whole team, from strategist to QA, with nobody to recruit, onboard or manage.

You look sharper than your competitors
Design and polish that stand up against funded competitors, so buyers compare you favourably.

"Superpresence rebuilt our site around what founders and partners actually need from us. It finally looks like the organisation we've become, and the team made the whole process easy."

What institutions ask us before starting
Do you build websites for international schools in Hong Kong, Singapore and Thailand?
Yes. Superpresence designs and builds websites for international and bilingual schools, universities, foundation colleges and training academies across Asia, written for parents and students who compare you in English, often from another country before they relocate. In practice: fees, curriculum, accreditation and leaver destinations that are easy to compare, and admissions and open day paths that work on a phone. Relocating parents now ask ChatGPT or Google's AI which international schools to shortlist in a new city. We structure the site, with clear curriculum and admissions pages, schema and complete answers, so those tools can describe your school accurately, and parents find the detail confirmed when they visit.
Why not a local agency or a big international one?
Local agencies often design well but write copy that reads translated, and expat parents notice within a paragraph. Big international agencies write well, but price in their overhead and rarely know how admissions work in Asia: agent networks, relocation timing, the bilingual question. Superpresence sits between the two: a senior team in Hong Kong, Singapore and Bangkok, with expert native-English copywriters, building for families who judge in English.
Will an agency understand how a school actually works?
We learn it before we design anything. That means interviewing your admissions team, reviewing the enquiries you receive, and studying the schools families compare you with. Admissions teams know exactly where parents get stuck. The site is built around those answers, so the questions that fill the inbox are answered before the email gets written.
Who writes the site when our staff are teaching?
Our copywriters. Staff time goes into a short interview each for the key voices (head of school, admissions lead, a few teachers) and a review of the pages that concern them. Everything else is written from those interviews and your existing documents.
What does a school website cost?
It depends on the institution. Number of campuses and programmes, a large careers section, an online application flow with multi-step forms and document uploads, links into your admissions system, and a second language version all change the scope. Book a call and you'll get a fixed price in a proposal within a week. Projects start from US$4,800 for a smaller marketing site. Schools that advertise to families abroad usually see the site pay back within the first year, as more research visits turn into tour bookings and applications. Where admissions needs a real application flow, we usually recommend a custom build over Webflow; the platform doesn't change the price.
Can you also build our parent portal or learning platform?
No. Superpresence builds the website families use to choose you. Parent portals, learning platforms and school management systems are different software, and specialist vendors (including the ones you likely already pay for) do them better. We link the site cleanly into the systems you run, so a parent moves from the website to your application or portal without a dead end. If the main job is a portal, a software house is the better hire.
When should we start to be ready for the next admissions cycle?
About four months before the cycle opens. A full build takes 6 to 12 weeks, and the site should be live, tested and indexed before parents start researching, well clear of open day season. If your cycle is closer than that, tell us on the first call and we'll say honestly whether the date is realistic.
What happens after launch?
Your staff run the day-to-day. Open days, events, news, term dates and vacancies are edited in the CMS without a developer, and we train the team at handover. For bigger changes, such as a new campus section or a reworked admissions path, schools can take a maintenance plan, with every request scoped and approved before work starts.
