Keep more of each booking, starting with the website
Guests find you on a listing, then open your site to decide where to book. We build sites that win that decision, so more of each booking stays with the property.

Commission rises every year, and direct bookings stay flat
The site still shows the old rooms
The renovation finished months ago, and guests are still looking at the ones you replaced.
Guests book back on the listing
They open your site, it loads slowly on a phone, and they go back to where they found you.
The commission line keeps growing
Every year more of the room rate leaves the property, and the direct share never moves.
For properties whose guests check the website first
Independent hotels, resorts, boutique properties, serviced residences and villas across Asia. Your guests all run the same check before they book, and the site has to pass it.

A CMS the team runs
Security and scale
Experts in every discipline, working as your firm's digital department
Built for English-speaking buyers
Your buyers evaluate software in English. We write for them, so the product never reads translated.

Web design that wins business
Every page moves visitors towards a demo or a trial, with the proof buyers need to justify it.

The whole team, none of the overhead
Your product gets the whole team, from strategist to QA, with nobody to recruit, onboard or manage.

You look sharper than your competitors
Design and polish that stand up against funded competitors, so buyers compare you favourably.

"Superpresence rebuilt our site around what founders and partners actually need from us. It finally looks like the organisation we've become, and the team made the whole process easy."

What owners and GMs ask us
Do you design websites for independent hotels in Thailand and across Asia?
Yes. Superpresence builds websites for independent hotels, resorts, boutique properties, serviced residences and villas across Asia, including Thailand, Hong Kong and Singapore, designed for international guests who find you on a listing and open your site to decide where to book. The job is direct bookings: rooms guests can compare, a book-direct rate they can't miss, and a booking path that works on a phone. Travellers increasingly ask ChatGPT or Perplexity for a boutique hotel in a particular neighbourhood before they open a listing. Room pages written in full, with clear structure and schema, give those tools the detail to describe your property properly.
The OTAs bring us the guests anyway. Why change anything?
Keep the OTAs; they're good at getting you found. The website's job is to win the guest who finds you on Booking.com or Agoda and then checks your own site before deciding. If it's slow, dated or hides the direct rate, they go back and book where they found you, and the commission comes off the room rate. Every guest who books direct instead keeps that commission in the property.
Can you work with our booking engine?
Yes. We integrate the booking engine you already use, so rates, inventory and payments stay where your revenue team manages them. Most engines offer an embeddable widget or a hand-off to their booking page, and we design the path around it so it feels part of your site and works on a phone. Booking engine integration is scoped as an Integration add-on in the build quote, priced by complexity. Where a property needs something the engine can't handle, such as tours and experiences booked alongside rooms, we usually recommend a custom build.
We only want a cheap booking widget on our current site. Can you do that?
We'd be poor value for that job. If the current site works and you only need the engine's widget embedded, your booking engine provider or a freelancer can usually add it in a day or two. Superpresence is for properties that want the website itself to win the booking: photography presented properly, rooms easy to compare, book-direct perks on every rate, and a path that holds up on a phone.
What does a hotel website cost?
It depends on the property. Number of room types, dining and spa outlets, wedding and MICE sections, extra properties in a group, booking engine integration and any second language all shape the scope. Tell us about the hotel on a call and we'll send a fixed price in a proposal within a week. Projects start from US$4,800 for a smaller marketing site. If you run ads or metasearch campaigns, most clients see the site pay back within the first year, because more of those guests book direct instead of returning to the OTA. Once live, a Webflow site costs roughly US$25-40 a month in platform fees (as of June 2026), paid directly to Webflow.
We shot new photography last year. Isn't that enough?
It's the best starting point you could have, and most hotel sites waste it. Great photos on a slow site, in small galleries, with no room-by-room comparison and no clear rate, still lose the guest to the listing. The photography needs a structure around it: what each room is, who it suits, what it costs direct and how to book. We build around your existing shoot. Photography isn't in our scope, so if gaps show up, we'll tell you which shots are missing before you brief a photographer.
Nobody here has time to run a website project. How much of our time does this take?
A kick-off call with the owner or GM, an interview with whoever runs reservations and sales, and three feedback rounds. Superpresence's strategists, copywriters, designers and developers handle the rest, with one point of contact on our side. The reservations interview is the most useful hour of the project: that team knows every question guests ask before they book.
Can we be live before high season?
Yes, if we start about three months ahead. A full hotel site takes 6 to 12 weeks, including booking engine testing and QA across phones and browsers, and it should be live before guests start booking peak dates. Share your season on the discovery call and we'll set the schedule against it. If the date is too close, we'll tell you, instead of rushing the booking path.
